BOIL HOPPS FOR 30 MINS . ADD EXTRACT CONTINUE BOILING FOR 15 MINUTES SYPHON TO PRIMARY FERMENTER WHEN TEMP LOWERS TO AROUND 70 DEGREES (F) ADD BREWERS YEAST . AFTER BLOW OFF IS DONE ROAST CHILES AND ADD TO SECONDARY FERMENTER . LET SET UNTILL SPG STAYS CONSTANT FOR 4-6 DAYS. AFTER BOTTLING LET SET FOR 14 DAYS TO MELLOW .
