This beer is a must when fishing midges on a limestone creek in the middle of January. Once you try this, you will never use another spinning rod. Your bait throwing days are over.

Steep grains and coffee at 150 degrees for 30 minutes. Add malt and DME and bring to boil. Add hops accordingly. Add irish moss accordingly. Pitch yeast at 70 degrees
