my friends [beer scavengers] call this "breakfast beer" or "bannana beer", as it is a very easy drinking beer, with a pronounced bannana ester to it. let me know what you think !! p.s.- if anyone has a all-grain newcastle brown ale clone out there pleeeease e-mail me at jschaefer@cool.mb.ca thanks!!

-mash at 115 f for 1 hr -raise temp to 151 f 1hr -mash out at 165 f 10 min -whirlpool wort& force chill -pitch 1 liter yeast starter -ferment at 70 f -rack to keg&chill to 32 f -push through inline filter to second keg -force carbonate & enjoy!!
