Our best ale to date. Our efficency is low, around 19% to 20%. If you have better efficency you could back the grain down to 10 or 11 pounds. We use a picnic cooler for our mash/later tun. If you suggestions on how we may increase our efficency please E-mail it. All and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
