| Blandish, medium bodied, not much in the way of malt or hop. |
| Red Nectar | American Amber Ale | * * * |
| No assertive hop presence. More malty than hoppy, but not a malty beer at all. Esters present, with a clean finish. |
| Oat Stout | Oatmeal Stout | * * * 1/2 |
| Poured under Nitrogen. Creamy, full bodied, smooth, oily. Nice chocolate/coffee notes. Some crystal notes present. A tad too smooth, could use a little extra something to get into 'excellent' range. |
| Blackcherry Stout | Fruit Stout | * * 1/2 |
| Syrupy cherry nose. Cherry flavor in middle, dry finish. I would speculate that fruit extracts were used. |
